As in previous years, you can start Rock Werchter on Wednesday night! Only in Haacht can you access Camping A3 and A2 from Wednseday (27th of June), 4PM. Camping A2 opens when Camping A3 is full.

A4 opens on Thursday morning at 8AM, or earlier if A2 and A3 are full. It's 'first come, first served' on the festival campings. If the camping is full, then this will be indicated and you'll have to find another camping.

You can pick between 2 types of campingtickets:

• Campingticket Regular (18 euro, reservation costs not included)
• Campingticket XL (25 euro, reservation costs not included)

Your normal ticket and e-trainticket will only be valid on 06/27/2012 from 1PM for the bus, if you order your special campingticket XL (for arrival on Wednesday) as soon as possible!

A2, A3 and A4 guarantee conviviality with the best infrastructure! Because of the central location A2, A3 en A4 (see plan - just a few minutes walk from the festival grounds) and the unique infrastructure and the presence of a grand number of campers, our campings are the place to be this summer!

If you camp on A2, A3 or A4, you can park your car on parking A5. People who only come for one day are also welcome. A parkingticket costs 20 euro until Thursday morning, 8AM. From Thursday, 8AM and onwards it costs 15 euro, whether you park the car for the whole weekend or just one day. On the parking, CAMPING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Staying the night in your car is also forbidden.

A2, A3 and A4 each have 1 main entrance near the Werchtersesteenweg. You can only enter the camping of which the number is on your wristband, so arrange things clearly with your friends to you know where you'll find them. Camping A2 and A3 are open from Wednesday, 27th of June, from 4PM till Monday, 2nd of July, 12PM (noon). A4 opens on Thursday morning at 8AM, or earlier if A2 and A3 are full.

A2, A3 and A4 can be accessed with your campingticket & festivalticket. Campingtickets are scanned upon arrival at the entrance of the chosen camping.

As every year, there is an excellent sanitary block at the entrance of A3. A real recommendation! It's also accessible for non-A3 campers.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE CAMPING?

• Cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, mobile homes and the likes. These can endanger the safety of the campers.
• Glass, scharp objects, weapons.
• Dispensing units and/or more than 12 cans of soda and/or beer per person. You can buy various drinks on A3 at reasonable prices.
• Gasburners and -installations. These have been forbidden for safety reasons by the fire department. Simple and small camping-gasfires with small cartridges are allowed.
• Generators are strictly forbidden on the camping. They cause extra noise to those who want to sleep and are an extra safety issue.
• Fires (campfires, torches, candles, stoves, coal-barbeques and the likes). Fire is dangerous, especially with so many tents near one another. Fire is therefore strictly forbidden!
• Pets. There is an exception for assistance dogs for people with a disablity.
• Music-installations. Too loud music is not allowed and will be punished by confiscation. Not everybody parties all night long. Think of other people who want to sleep!
• Commercial activities. It is not allowed for a camper to sell food, drinks, drugs, tickets or anything else.
• Dispensing flyers, folders or other promotional material is forbidden. Putting up posters is also not allowed.
• Wild camping is strictly forbidden!

The campings are divided in blocks of 40 x 40 metres. Between each block is a firebreak of 5 metres and the firebreaks' grass is cut short. Our team of Campcoaches make sure that there are no tents or other materials on the firebreaks. If there are any, they will be removed promptly.

Centrally located on campings A2, A3 and A4 is an infocontainer. Visitors can ask questions and seek assistance there, day and night.

Because of the great succes of free internet in 2011, there will be another KATHO internettent at the front of Camping A3 (near the showers and the supermarket) this summer. You can go there for Facebook, mail and gamingfun!

BYCICLE STABLING
There is a supervised/guarded bycicle stable next to Camping A4 and it's open 24/24. This is a free service!

All three campings (A2, A3 and A4) have an individual sanitary village with 100 washbowls, 50 toilets and a toilet for invalids, each. This infrastructure is, of course, completely free.

Like every year, we offer hot water showers at the main entrance of A3. This way, showers are also accessible to all other campers during the Rock Werchter weekend.

A turn in the shower costs 4 euro, the shower-coupons are available at the central cash desk at the main entrance of A3.
